Privacy Policy
Version of October 24, 2026
This Policy explains what data the project Battle-core.com collects, why it does so, whom it is shared with, and what the User can do about it. It supplements the User Agreement.
1. Acceptance
By registering on the Website, downloading the game client or otherwise using the Project’s services, the User accepts this Policy and agrees to the processing of their data to the extent and for the purposes described here. A User who disagrees should not use the services.
2. What data we collect
Provided by the User:
- email address;
- website login and game account login;
- character name and other game data entered by the User;
- the content of support requests.
Collected automatically while the services are used:
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- device type, operating system version, language and time zone;
- a unique hardware identifier (HWID), where needed to deal with offenders and repeated registrations;
- activity logs: logins, in-game activity, balance operations;
- technical browser data required for the Website to work.
The Project neither receives nor stores bank card details. They are entered on the payment provider’s side; the Project only receives the outcome of the payment: amount, currency, status and transaction identifier.
3. Why we process data
- to create an account and give access to the game and the personal cabinet;
- to confirm the email address and recover the password;
- to accept and credit a payment, investigate a disputed transaction, issue a refund;
- to answer support requests;
- to keep the Project safe: detect account theft, fraud, ban evasion and prohibited software;
- to fix errors and develop the services;
- to notify about important events — maintenance, changes to the rules.
4. Whom we share data with
The Project does not sell User data and does not pass it to third parties for advertising. Sharing happens only in the following cases:
- Payment providers — to the extent needed to process a payment or a refund.
- The hosting provider — as the operator of the equipment running the website and the game server.
- Where required by law — to authorised bodies in the manner provided by law.
- When investigating abuse — where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or of conduct that threatens the Project and other Users.
5. Cookies
The Website uses cookies it cannot work without: they hold the login session, the form anti-forgery token and the chosen language. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set. Cookies can be blocked in the browser, but then signing in to the personal cabinet will not work.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that disputes about payments and rule breaches can be resolved. Payment records are kept for as long as the law and the payment providers require. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
Access to data is limited to those who need it to run the Project. Passwords are stored in an irreversibly transformed form, and traffic between the browser and the website is encrypted. The risk of a breach cannot be eliminated entirely, and the User understands this — which is why we ask you not to reuse here a password you use elsewhere.
8. Your rights
The User may:
- find out what data about them we hold;
- correct inaccurate data — some of it can be edited in the personal cabinet;
- ask for the account and the related data to be deleted;
- withdraw consent to processing — which means ceasing to use the services.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us from the address registered on the account. We reply within a reasonable time. Some data we are obliged to keep even after an account is deleted — where the law requires it, or where it is needed to resolve payments and abuse.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may change. A new version is published on this page, with its date shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the services means acceptance of the new version.
