User Agreement
Version of October 24, 2026
This Agreement governs the relationship between the User and the Administration of the game project Battle-core.com (the “Project”) and sets out the terms on which the Project provides access to its services.
1. Definitions
- Administration — the people who operate the Project and its services.
- User — an individual who has registered on the Website or uses the Project’s services.
- Website — https://battle-core.com and all of its sections.
- Game server — the hardware and software that runs the Project’s game world.
- Account — the User’s record on the Website and on the game server.
- Services — the features of the Website and the game server available to the User: the game, the personal cabinet, the forum, support requests.
- Paid services — additional features the User receives after voluntarily topping up their balance.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Administration grants the User access to the Services on the terms of this Agreement. The Project exists for entertainment and is not gambling: in-game values have no monetary equivalent and are never paid out to the User in money.
3. Acceptance
The Agreement is accepted at the moment of registration on the Website. By registering, the User confirms that they have read and accept this Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
A User who disagrees with any condition must not use the Services.
4. Account
- Registration is open to persons who have reached the age at which, under the law of their country, they may enter into such agreements on their own. Younger persons may use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- The User provides a working email address at registration: registration confirmation, password recovery and payment notifications are sent to it.
- The User is responsible for keeping their password safe and for everything done under their account.
- Transferring, selling or trading accounts is not supported by the Administration: in a dispute over ownership, the Administration relies on the data given at registration.
5. Rights and obligations of the User
The User may:
- use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- contact support and receive a reply within a reasonable time;
- top up the balance and use paid services.
The User shall:
- provide accurate data and keep it up to date;
- follow the Project’s rules and the Administration’s instructions;
- not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright.
The User must not:
- exploit bugs in the game or the Website for advantage, or use third-party software that alters how the game client works;
- take actions that disrupt the Website or the game server, including attempts at unauthorised access;
- post offensive, extremist, pornographic or otherwise unlawful material, or malicious code;
- advertise third-party resources without the Administration’s permission;
- impersonate a member of the Administration.
6. Rights and obligations of the Administration
The Administration may:
- change, extend, suspend or discontinue the Services, including for maintenance;
- change game rules, settings and the content of the game world;
- apply measures to offenders: a warning, restriction of individual features, temporary or permanent suspension of the account;
- keep and review activity logs in order to resolve disputes.
The Administration shall:
- make reasonable efforts to keep the Services running;
- consider User requests;
- process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Paid services
- Topping up the balance is voluntary. The list of services and their prices are shown on the Website and may be changed by the Administration.
- Balance and in-game values are not money and are not the User’s property. They are a right to use the Project’s features for as long as the Project operates.
- Balance and in-game values are not exchanged for money and are not transferred to other projects.
- Payment grants no rights beyond those described in the service itself and does not exempt the User from the rules.
- Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy.
8. Account suspension
If this Agreement or the Project’s rules are breached, access to the account may be restricted or terminated. An unspent balance and purchased in-game values are not refunded or compensated in that case: a suspension follows from the User’s own actions and is not a refusal by the Administration to provide the service.
The User may dispute a suspension by writing to support. The Administration reviews the request and reports its decision.
9. Limitation of liability
- The Services are provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that they will meet the User’s expectations, or that they are compatible with the User’s hardware and software.
- The Administration is not liable for interruptions caused by equipment or network failures, acts of third parties, or force majeure.
- The Administration is not liable for loss of access to an account caused by the User, including by sharing the password with third parties.
- The Administration is not liable for the content of User messages or for Users’ conduct towards one another.
10. Changes to the Agreement
The Administration may change this Agreement by publishing a new version on the Website. The date of the version is shown at the top of the document. By continuing to use the Services after publication, the User accepts the new terms.
11. Miscellaneous
- If a provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
- Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under the law of the country where the Administration is registered.
- This Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy forms the entire agreement between the parties.
