Refund Policy

Version of October 24, 2026

This Policy explains how payments are credited on Battle-core.com, when a refund is possible, and what to do to request one.

1. How payments are credited

Topping up the balance is voluntary. After a successful payment, the funds are credited to the account balance automatically, usually within a few minutes. Where a payment provider takes longer to process the transfer, crediting happens as soon as its confirmation arrives.

Balance and the in-game values bought with it are not money, are not exchanged back into money and are not transferred to other projects — as set out in the User Agreement.

2. When a refund is possible

  • Money was taken but the balance was not credited, and the discrepancy is confirmed by the payment provider’s records.
  • The same transaction was charged twice.
  • A paid service was not delivered for a technical reason on the Project’s side and cannot be delivered again.

3. When a refund is not issued

  • The balance was credited and the funds have been spent, in whole or in part.
  • The service was delivered, or the item was issued or used in the game.
  • The payment was made with the wrong amount, service or server chosen by mistake.
  • Access to the account is restricted or terminated for breaking the rules.
  • The payment was made by a third party without the knowledge of the cardholder — such cases are handled by the payment provider or the bank, not by the Project.

4. How to request a refund

Write to us within 14 calendar days of the payment and include:

  • the website account login;
  • the date, time, amount and currency of the payment;
  • the payment method and the transaction identifier — receipt, invoice or transfer number;
  • a short description: what happened and what is missing.

We answer within 3 business days. If the refund is confirmed, the money is sent within 5 business days by the same method and in the same currency as the payment: we cannot refund by a different method or to someone else’s details.

How long the bank or payment provider takes to credit the money is outside our control and may take several business days.

5. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, write to us: nearly every case is resolved faster than through a bank. A chargeback raised without contacting us first suspends the account until the circumstances are established — this is how we protect ourselves against fraudulent charges.

6. Responsibility

The Project is not responsible for delays and failures on the side of payment providers and banks, but it reviews every request and does everything it can so that the payment is found and either credited or refunded.
